Shipping

I'll try and get your order to you as quickly as we can. If there's going to be a hold up I'll email you as soon as possible.

If you need your item urgently I can organise Express Post. Just let us know in your order and I'll be in touch.

For international orders:
I'll use Australia Post Airmail. Please allow 10-14 working days for items to arrive. If you have not received your order after 2 weeks please get in touch.

Refunds and Exchanges

I'll check over each item to make sure it's sent in perfect condition and packed properly. If you item has arrived damaged please contact us within 10 days of the item arriving to make arrangements on issuing a refund or a replacement.
